1/5/2014: The peer-reviewed Ontodog paper was officially accepted by the journal Bioinformatics as an application note. Here is the journal paper web page showing the abstract of the Ontodog paper.
7/9/2013: Jie presented a full length ICBO 2013 paper that used Ontodog to develop an application ontology.
7/23/2012: Jie presented a Ontodog poster and a flash talk in the ICBO 2012.
6/2012: A one-page poster abstract was accepted for presentation and publication in the ICBO 2012.
10/27/2011: Ontodog used merged ontology versions.
September, 2011: The Ontodog server was online. This server application was generated and maintained by Allen Xiang, and the server was located in the University of Michigan.
